MNS Low Voltage Switchgear is a low-voltage complete switchgear system centered on modular functional units and a withdrawable architecture.
Rather than configuring a cabinet only according to its overall capacity, MNS emphasizes the standardized combination of functional units. Incoming feeders, outgoing circuits, motor-control units and compensation circuits can be arranged according to the project's electrical design, allowing the switchgear lineup to match different load structures.
HAGOE MNS is designed for AC power systems with rated operating voltage up to 660V, covering power conversion, distribution and control functions.
For industrial projects requiring multiple distribution circuits, MCC motor-control circuits and centralized electrical control, the modular architecture provides a more structured way to organize the internal functions of the switchgear.
The PC cabinet is used for primary low-voltage incoming power and distribution. Depending on current ratings and project requirements, it can accommodate Emax, MT, 3WN, AH and ME series circuit breakers for incoming power connection, protection and distribution.
The MCC cabinet is primarily designed for industrial motor loads. According to drawer-unit dimensions and circuit requirements, each functional circuit can use a high-breaking-capacity molded-case circuit breaker or a rotary load switch with fuse protection for centralized motor control and protection.
The reactive power compensation cabinet can be equipped with manual, automatic and remote reactive power compensation functions according to the project design, supporting power-factor management within the distribution system.
The combination of PC, MCC and compensation functions allows MNS to serve as a complete low-voltage power distribution and motor-control system rather than a standalone distribution cabinet.
MNS uses withdrawable functional units. Industrial distribution systems often contain a large number of feeder and motor circuits. With fixed-mounted equipment, maintenance of an individual circuit may require more extensive field disconnection and work.
The withdrawable architecture organizes each functional circuit into an independent unit, allowing maintenance activities to be more specifically targeted.
During engineering configuration, appropriate drawer units can be selected according to circuit type and rating and then assembled through standardized modules.

The standard service conditions for MNS should be confirmed according to the equipment design requirements. Typical conditions include:
Transportation and storage are generally supported within -25°C to +55°C. Higher short-term temperatures may be considered provided that no irreversible damage occurs.
For special applications such as offshore oil drilling platforms and nuclear power plants, a separate technical agreement should be established with the manufacturer to define environmental, insulation, structural, material and testing requirements.
