The HAGOE H5GY Series 5G Outdoor DC Power Supply Panel integrates AC/DC distribution, 48V DC power conversion, battery management, monitoring, thermal management and surge protection in an outdoor cabinet. With 200A and 300A configurations, IP55 protection, TCP/IP communication and remote monitoring, it is designed for 5G base stations, FTTx, data communication and access equipment where stable DC power is required.
A 5G Outdoor DC Power Supply Panel is more than a conventional DC panel installed outdoors. Telecom power equipment must maintain stable DC output while dealing with temperature fluctuations, moisture, dust, lightning surges, battery aging, limited installation space and remote maintenance requirements.
The HAGOE H5GY Series follows a one-cabinet integrated architecture, combining AC/DC distribution, rectifier power, battery management, monitoring, thermal management and protection functions within one outdoor cabinet. This configuration is intended to simplify site installation and support the continuous operation of 5G, 4G, FTTx and other communication equipment.
HAGOE H5GY Series — Integrated outdoor DC power solution for 5G/4G telecom sites.
Combines AC/DC distribution, rectifier, battery management, monitoring and thermal management in one IP55 cabinet.
H5GY Series Pole-Mounted 48V DC Power Supply is designed around the 48V DC power architecture commonly used by telecom equipment. The system can integrate the H48S series embedded DC48V power supply, monitoring module, rectifier modules, AC/DC distribution and battery system according to the required configuration.
For telecom contractors and system integrators, this means the power cabinet can be configured around the actual load profile instead of forcing every project into a fixed configuration.
The equipment compartment and battery compartment adopt air-duct isolation technology to separate the operating environments of power electronics and batteries. This helps reduce the influence of heat generated by the power section on the battery compartment.
The system can also be configured with environmental monitoring and temperature-control functions. For projects exposed to high ambient temperatures or significant day/night temperature variations, thermal management becomes an important part of battery and system reliability.
The integrated monitoring architecture supports functions such as battery capacity calculation, temperature compensation, online battery testing, automatic voltage regulation and current limiting.
These functions allow operators to monitor the operating condition of the DC system and battery rather than relying only on local inspection. Battery-related parameters can be incorporated into the overall monitoring system according to the selected configuration.
The system provides a sleep energy-saving function for communication sites where load conditions vary over time. The purpose is to reduce unnecessary power consumption while maintaining the required power supply for communication equipment.
This is particularly relevant for distributed telecom sites where many cabinets operate continuously and energy consumption accumulates across a large number of locations.

The configuration can incorporate monitoring modules, rectifier modules, AC/DC distribution, dry contacts and rack structures according to project requirements.
The distribution section can support up to 24P AC/DC circuit-breaker installation positions, with specific AC and DC allocation depending on the selected cabinet configuration.
The monitoring and control architecture can support 6 inputs and 6 outputs with customizable assignment, together with AC power measurement, multi-user power consumption detection, multi-level power-down control and TCP/IP communication.
Engineering Note: Final rectifier quantity, battery capacity, input/output configuration and circuit-breaker arrangement should be confirmed against the project's load calculation, backup-time requirement and telecom equipment configuration before quotation.
Before selecting a 5G Outdoor DC Power Supply Panel, procurement and engineering teams should confirm five parameters:
Load capacity: Determine the total continuous DC load and expected future expansion before selecting the 200A or 300A configuration.
Backup requirement: Battery capacity should be calculated from the required backup time, actual load and local operating conditions rather than selected only by cabinet capacity.
Distribution arrangement: Confirm the required AC/DC circuit-breaker positions, number of inputs and outputs, and whether multiple load groups require staged power-down.
Communication protocol: Confirm whether the site management platform requires TCP/IP, RS485, RS232 or dry-contact alarm interfaces.
Environmental conditions: Ambient temperature, humidity, solar exposure, installation location and maintenance conditions should be considered when selecting the cabinet thermal-management configuration.
This project-based selection method helps avoid both undersized systems and unnecessary equipment capacity.
For standard wall-mounted or compact DC systems, HAGOE provides English installation documentation and remote technical guidance.
For medium-sized DC panels and complete electrical cabinets, engineers can provide installation and commissioning support according to the project arrangement. For larger substation, photovoltaic or EPC projects, HAGOE can prepare a dedicated installation and commissioning plan and coordinate equipment commissioning with the overall construction schedule.
Installation support includes operating training, commissioning guidance and remote troubleshooting, helping the customer's maintenance team become familiar with routine operation.
The H5GY Series Outdoor Telecom Power Cabinet / IOPU can be used as an outdoor DC power platform for cellular communication sites where equipment requires stable 48V DC power and battery backup.
For distributed fiber-access and communication nodes, the integrated cabinet design can combine power conversion, battery backup, monitoring and distribution within a compact outdoor installation.
The system can support communication and access equipment requiring a centralized 48V DC power source with remote monitoring and alarm interfaces.
IP55 protection, environmental monitoring, battery management and anti-theft options make the system suitable for sites where regular manual inspection is limited.
For existing 3G/4G sites being upgraded to 5G, the system can be configured according to the new load requirement, distribution arrangement and battery backup requirements.
