HAGOE XL-21 AC Panel Box is a low-voltage AC power distribution solution designed for industrial, commercial and infrastructure applications. The HAGOE XL-21 AC Panel Box is a fixed-type low-voltage AC distribution panel designed for regional and terminal power distribution in factories, commercial buildings, telecom facilities, renewable energy systems and auxiliary power applications.
The panel receives an established 220V single-phase or 380V three-phase AC supply and distributes power to multiple outgoing circuits through the incoming protection device, copper busbar system and branch circuit breakers. Depending on the project requirements, the internal assembly can include MCCBs, MCBs, RCCBs, SPDs, meters and communication modules.
The enclosure is manufactured from cold-rolled steel with powder-coated surface treatment. Separate N and PE busbars can be provided to maintain a clear neutral and protective-earth arrangement. IP30 is suitable for standard indoor installations, while IP54/IP55 configurations can be specified for applications requiring higher enclosure protection.
The ac panel box is not limited to a single fixed cabinet configuration. HAGOE can determine the enclosure dimensions, incoming capacity, outgoing circuit quantity, cable entry arrangement and component selection according to the customer's single-line diagram (SLD), load list, installation conditions and technical specification.

The ac power distribution panel receives the upstream low-voltage AC supply and distributes it through the main protection device and copper busbar system to multiple independent outgoing circuits.
Individual circuits can supply production equipment, lighting systems, control equipment, telecom equipment and other auxiliary loads. For factory projects, outgoing circuit ratings and quantities can be selected according to the equipment load list.
The panel can also be used as a local AC distribution unit on the output side of UPS systems or solar inverters, provided that the electrical parameters and protection requirements are properly matched.
The panel can be equipped with MCCBs, MCBs and other circuit protection devices according to the project protection scheme. RCCB protection can be added where residual-current protection is required. Component brands can be selected according to customer specifications, project standards and procurement requirements.
For domestic applications, electrical components with applicable CCC certification can be specified. For export projects, Chinese or international brands can be selected according to the required technical standard.
The AC Distribution Box can be configured with separate N and PE busbars to maintain a clear neutral and protective-earth arrangement. The metal enclosure is connected to the protective earth system as part of the panel's grounding configuration.
For telecom facilities, outdoor power cabinets, control systems and renewable energy applications, SPD surge protection can be added according to the project requirements.
The SPD type and configuration should be selected based on the electrical system, grounding arrangement, installation environment and applicable local standards.
The XL-21 is a low-voltage AC distribution device and does not perform voltage transformation.

The panel should be installed in an electrical system where the supply voltage has already been established. If voltage transformation or electrical isolation is required, HAGOE can provide corresponding transformer or power supply equipment separately.
For projects requiring electrical data acquisition, the XL-21 can integrate voltmeters, ammeters, energy meters or the HAGOE HG-ZJ AC monitoring module.
Depending on the selected configuration, the monitoring system can collect parameters including voltage, current, frequency, power and energy consumption. With RS485/MODBUS communication, the collected data can be connected to BMS, SCADA or other industrial monitoring platforms.
